So I won't be using this quite as much anymore since I just made a Facebook page, and DeviantArt seems pretty dead in general lately, at least for cosplayers.

So Katsucon was okay. It was fun but disappointing. Oh well~ onto other cons

Also it's almost 6 AM and I'm unbelievably tired so excuse how ridiculous this journal is probably going to sound. Here are my con plans!!

For Animarathon I'll be wearing TitanPJS!Christa with and I'm way more excited than I should be. By this fall I'm hoping to buy her scouting uniform and do a legit cosplay of her. (I'm not sewing it myself but that's a long story ok)

For Colossal Con I'm going to hopefully fix up Madoka so I'm actually somewhat happy with it, and that means I'll probably have to remake my bodice from scratch. I'll also be doing a lot of Powerpuff Girls stuff with my friends. We're planning on bringing our Schoolgirl!Powerpuff cosplays (which we did at Katsu. Pictures soon hopefully!) and Beach!Powerpuff as well. And I have a couple of smaller projects that are up in the air because fixing Madoka is a priority right now.

I'm also going to finally make a cosplay with armor and try avoid overly sewing intensive projects for a really, really long time. I'm an armor/prop girl for sure.
My next *big* project might be Skyrim, but I haven't decided yet. I'm aiming to have it done sometime this summer  but I'm not going to stress over a deadline or anything.

So Youmacon turned out a bit different than usual for me this year. Since I've been pretty broke I ended up going for just one night, but I managed to see most of my friends so it still worked out. I got a couple shoots in as Toon Link as well, even though I was really tired and it showed.

Since I'm working a mostly unpaid full time internship this semester, my sewing machine has been giving me issues, and I blew my refund check on cats and apartment furniture, I'm having to cut back on cosplay a lot for the semester. I missed Midoricon and even though I will be making it to Youmacon I won't be able to make any new cosplays for it. But I'll be getting some awesome shots of Fire Nation Toph and hopefully wearing Fem!Watson again, so that helps make up for it!

I'm still working on Madoka but my sewing machine and money issues put me a couple months behind where I wanted to be. I can still manage as long as I don't work on any other projects, so things are gonna be pretty slow for awhile.
